We traveled out east for the holidays this year, and although it’s been wonderful being around family, I still needed to work. This wasn’t a big deal. The first time I engaged in a vision quest, a period of fasting and meditation in the forest, I not only had a wonderful experience watching the moon rise and fall throughout the night, I had some very clear visits from beneficial spirits.
